By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate. Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Card details are never stored on our servers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather and demand. Delivery is available to postcodes within our defined delivery zones. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
You may cancel your order for a full refund before it enters preparation. Once an order is marked as "Preparing" cancellation may not be possible. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles all 14 major allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, soya, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphites, lupin and molluscs. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Loyalty points are awarded at our discretion and have no cash value. Points may be redeemed against eligible orders. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time with reasonable notice.
You must not use our service for any unlawful purpose. You must not attempt to circumvent any security measures or interfere with the proper working of the website. Accounts found to be abusive may be suspended without notice.
All content on this website including text, images, logos and software is owned by or licensed to Unique TastyBuds. You may not reproduce, copy or distribute any content without our express written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your most recent order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of our service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
